Privacy and trust

Share your wishes. Never your whole life.

Sharing what you'd love should never cost you your privacy or the surprise. Here's exactly what we promise, in plain words. The formal version is in our Privacy Policy.

Your data, kept safe

Your name, mobile number, wishes, circle and gift memories are what it takes to make MyCelestials work, plus basic technical information to keep it secure.

Stored in India.

Your data lives on secure servers in Mumbai.

Protected at every step.

Your data is encrypted as it travels and while it's stored.

Never sold.

We never sell your data and never show ads. When you buy through a link on MyCelestials, the store may pay us a small commission, at no extra cost to you.

Nothing is public by default.

You choose who sees each list: Private, Close friends, Friends, or Anyone with the link. Change it anytime.

Your number stays private.

The number you sign in with is never shown to other members, and you choose whether people who already have it can find you.

Your address only goes where your gift does.

Your address and the delivery contact number you add with it are seen only by the friend sending you a gift, and only while they're holding that gift.

Surprises stay surprises.

You'll never find out who is buying what for you until it arrives.

We never touch your payment.

Gifts are bought on the store's own site or app. We never ask for or store your payment details.

Access is limited and recorded.

Only a small number of authorised people can access your data, and only to keep MyCelestials running, to help when you ask, to look into a report, or when the law requires it. Every access is recorded.

You're in control.

Download your data or delete your account any time from your profile.
